Professor at the Centre for Human Genetics, Bangalore. He got his PhD from the University of Mysore, and worked and trained at the Dept. of Microbiology and Cell Biology, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, University of Tennessee Health Science Centre, Memphis, TN and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, NY, USA. He received his Medical laboratory professional license as a Specialist in Clinical & Molecular Cytogenetics from the State of Tennessee, USA. He has more than 25 years of experience in Clinical and Molecular cytogenetic investigations for Prenatal, Neonatal, Microdeletions, fertility related and Cancer diagnostics.
Dr. Swathi Shetty
M.Sc., PhD (Scientific Director)
Assistant Professor at the Centre for Human Genetics. She received her PhD in Genetics from La Trobe University, Australia and has more than 18 years of experience in Molecular Genetic Research and Diagnostics.
She has been instrumental in setting up and in the running of Molecular Diagnostics (DNA diagnostics), Prenatal Genetic Diagnostics and application of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in research and diagnostics.
Mr. Sachin Shetty
Researcher
Bachelor of Engineering (Biotechnology) from the PA College of Engineering in Mangalore (VTU). He formerly worked at the Centre for Human Genetics in Bangalore on genetic research and diagnostics (2014-2015). joined Tattvagene Pvt. Ltd in 2015 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist –Molecular. He has extensive knowledge of Molecular Genetics, particularly Next Generation Sequencing technology, Human Leucocyte Antigen sequence analysis, prenatal and postnatal techniques.

BE in Biotechnology from New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore (VTU), MBA in International Business, Annamalai University (TN). Worked at the Centre for Human Genetics, Bangalore (2013-2015) and joined Tattvagene Pvt. Ltd in 2015 as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Cytogenetics.

MSc in Genetics from University of Mysore. She worked as Research Assistant at the Centre for Human Genetics, Bangalore (2019-2021). Presently working in molecular department as a Scientific Assistant in our company.
Ms. Sowmya Joshi

Master’s degree in Applied Genetics. Currently working as a Scientific Assistant Trainee at Tattvagene, cytogenetics department. Previously worked as a freelance academic editor for five months at Cactus.
